NFS first implemented roomMaster 2000 hotel management solution at Misty Hills in 2002. The latest version of the hotel software was then installed in 2007 and according to Pierre Goffinet, Group IT Manager at the property, the entire process took a mere one day for the installation followed up by a short period of staff training, so that all could use the software to its full capability.
